Been a weee bit of time sense the last time I updated, =P. To be honest tho, there hasn't been to much to update about. Social life just kinda died and I became a worker drone. Been working at Hi-Vee and sending apps to a lot of places. Haven't really had any luck with a new anything. Was hangin out with Heather again for a bit, but was very short lived.

Happy to say tho that my social life is starting to finally pick back up. Went to a few friend's and family's grad parties Sunday and Saturday. Wasn't able to make it to all the ones I was invited too, but had so much fun at the ones I was at! Mainly my cousin's and Michelle's. Michelle's was a lil awkward at first, but the group there eventually broke me in, was happy for it too! Also had a old buddy come through my line while workin and made plans to do stuff with him for the weekend. And still have more grad parties to head to this weekend, but mainly dont' want to miss the one's on Sunday.

Slate is far from a kitten now, at least size wise. He's still as feisty as ever, my arms show proof of that. Then again it probably would help if I played with him with a toy instead of my hands, =P.

AND WTF, DID ROCKFEST SELLOUT ALREADY?!?!? I CAN'T GET TICKETMASTER TO FIND A DAMN TICKET... so freakin not cool if they are. And now I'm mad for fuckin waiting. ARG! Really don't wanna miss Black Stone Cherry.

Way overdue on a post, =P. But honestly not much has been happening for me since I came back. Went out with with everyone I could so far and been looking for a job. Applied at 13 different places so far. pratcially every store on the stripmall on 50 and Chipman, Homedepot and Lazermania up by 291 and 50, UPS, IRS, and something I can't recall at the moment. Things looked hopeful for the homedepot one, but then the manager cancelled the job interview he had set up for me cause he has some "family issues" come up. And it hurts to say this, but if I dont' have a job by this Weds I'm just going to start workin at Hi-vee again. I'm just really annoyed that I can't seem to get a new job easily...

But on a brighter note, got some pics up that I took while in Korea on Deviant! There's still more, but those were some favs. Most were takin at an awesome aquarium at COAX, which is a massive mall in Soeul. They had so many unique fish there that I'd never seen.

This week has been awesome!! Basicly all the friends I made on the design team came back this Thurs to finish some things up. And since they're doing this on they're own time they're taking it slow leaving the evenings free to do whatever. Soooo I've been to a few clubs/bars in korea now, lol. Also, I'm of drinking age here and finally caved and lost my reputation of never even bothering to drink. And that stuff is nasty, called Soju. Last night was by far the best because we ended up going Snowboarding. We weren't doing much until 10:00pm cause Jusuk, E-Oom-Mee (I have no clue if I spelled that right, lol. But it helps say her name right), and me had to learn what the devil we were doing, lol. Luckly one of the guys was just awesome at this and showed me a few things. Hehe, and I was proud cause I got to do 2 180degree turns in the air right after another without screwing it up. But of course after that accomplishment I got all cocky and tried for a full 360degree but got up to high and landed on my wrist, cause I'm a moron for not falling on my knees like I should. Luckly it's in good enough condition to type finally. Dong Min was helping me with that for awhile, lol. But was out til 2:00am doin that last night. And earlier went mountain hiking the days before and saw some amazing sites but I got so mad cause my camera died awhile before it, and there's no place to buy batteries in this small town we're in saddly... not even gas stations. Then again haven't been all over it just yet, but haven't been able to find any.

Been working on a cool clay sculpture with Shin, (or Jusuk (which is her last name, but you apparently call everyone by there last name here unless you know them well) She's just amazing with making things look so real with it. Cause I watched her make these two penguins earlier out of stirofoam (shoosh if it isn't spelled right) from a pic of penguins.

And there was an earthquake here around Dreamland! I mean it's to be expected because of how Korea and Japan are a major fault. Nothing happened to the park but you could definitely feel it. The center of it had some distance so we didnt' have it bad, and it happened in some desolate area so no harm done from it.

Also, this week... Burning Crusade!!!! Have yet to play it or own it yet... but it's out! =D. Someone pester Billy or Brent for me so I know what they think of it, I know they'd have it by now. I''ve heard horrid rumors from some of the other nerds up here at the PC bangs that it's going to take almost the same amount to get to 70 as it did for 1 to 60. /cry. been checking out all the new info on the stuff though. And the freakin racial traits for blood elfs are nuts! Dreanei have that +1% hit, but would rather be able to do all that silencing and mana stealing.

My Korean is slowly improving, slowly though, lol. And it's funny, I keep tryin to think of the Korean words for something but then I retrieve the spanish word for it. So I'll try saying something then I'll have most of it korean but then like one spanish word thrown in there with it all, lol.

And I'm off to go pack, heading into Soeul tonight. Missing everyone, and I think homesickness is starting to kick in. Missing Slate an oddly large amount though, lol.

(I want a my own small house on somewhere along the shore, cut off from most activity. I think that'd just be the best thing, away from it all. either that or almost the exact same but in the mountains, but I like warm weather more, =P.)

Welp, it's been done, I'm in Korea!!! This is the first time I've had the chance to see a comp in awhile, lol. Past two days have been so much fun I honestly don't know how I'm going to be able to recap it all. So far just as something breaf, flew to Incheon, Korea from Chicago for 12 freakin hours (The plane service we amazing though, and the layout of the plane just kept bringing flashbacks from Snakes on a Plane), stayed in a "love motel" in Seoul with my own room, then today ended up being driven out of Seoul to where I am now, Wanju, where Dreamland is as well. As for where I'll be working, Dreamland, I just got here today, and it's HUGE!! Just think of Worlds of Fun, but then add on a sledding slope, zoo, and a skating ring/pool.

Also, been taking loads of new photos! But this makes me cry... no photoshop!!!! Might try linking just an older deviant til I'm able to turn these into how I want them.

Overall, I made it well and alive. Still have the dang cold but not feeling it to much anymore. Made my ears feel like hell during the flight here though. Being me, I forgot things, I don't have my I-audio soooo no mp3s for me... /cry. The lackage of music I honestly understand is already starting to get to me and reeeeally kicking myself for not remembering that of all things.

And just as a fair warning not going to be able to be on the comp this much because the only one's I have access to are "Dr." Young's and "Dr." Kim's computers in their offices

(For me, taking the trip here out of the blue to leave in a month after being asked like that, lol. Man am I happy I did though!!)

But man do I miss everyone... don't know to many people here yet except for the company driver who is amazing cool and energetic, lol. I'll edit later, still have loads more to say but being kicked off.

Soooo ya, decided yes! Sudden and everything, but Jan 2nd will be my last day in America for awhile. I was offered a job in Korea to do things at a theme park from making their postcards (Finally! A chance to use photography to make money! =D) to helping out with the snow machines. And it's goin to be in a smaller city in Korea, but have plans on seeing Seoul already from friends already there. And I should have a chance to get amazign photos cause I'll be able to mountain hike! There will be a mountain nearby the park I'm working at with a buddist temple on it (where I my necklace is from if you've ever seen me wearin it).

So with this in mind, must party hard for the new year!!! Can have that party double as a departing party at the same time. Only downer I can think of from this is getting homesick and missing everyone. And ya, I'm goin to TRY to get into the habit of honestly looking at my e-mails while I'm there since I've been pestered enough by everyone about that, =P. Ah which reminds me, I won't have a computer when I'm there, but the guys down there tell me there's a place I can just pay a dollar to go to and use comps for gaming and e-mail purposes, =D. (I thought about shipping my comp over, but it cost as much as it's worth to get it there... sooo might try buying one if my pay is well! But if not, will only have internet access in that way)

And at the moment busy with finals, got one tomorrow and Monday. Tomorrow's should be real easy, but Monday's kind of worried about but been studing with friends over it, =D. Ended up not doing to much studing when I came down to only Megan, Tamera, and me, but at least it was fun, lol.

Ohhhh k, This is gonna be abrupt, but I've kinda kept somethin quite for a while now and is influncing a decision I'm going to make. And it will basicly decide if I go to Korea for a job, not just to visit.

I don't want to freak anyone out with that, but I should know by tomorrow if I'm going through with it or not. I just want to check it over with a few people and get their input before deciding...

New photos are up!Was out at a park after school yesterday and my favorite pics came from this real cool looking tree that had this spikey look to it. Did a perspective shot of the branches of it. And then I've got two photos I dont' have up that I'll put in tomorrow just so I can get comments on these first, cause I really like these last two! =D

Aaand putting the big ass photo to the side now, I've got 24 pics out of the 69 in the right place now though! Soo makin progress, lol. Man I suck at puzzles.

Mom's moved out, back to Korea (yes, south). Just me and my dad now! =D

And lets hear it for the WII!!! Now as soon as I get the money, lol. =D

But Slate's gonna be at the vet til 4:00pm (took him in at 8) ofr surgery. It's nothing serious, just the vet was sayin he'd need it. I know he's not gonna like all of this, just hopin everythings goin fine. He's gonna get lots of love when he gets back. =D

And finally hangin out with Billy after a loooong silence from him, lol. Which turned out to be him losing his phone to his couch. Not only did it fall between the couch coushins (ya, I have no clue how to spell it), but then into a small ripped whole to where it ended up IN the couch, lol.
